Seller Legal Disclaimer

Vehicle Classification & Road Legal Status. This vehicle is sold without UK road registration, a V5C logbook, or a Certificate of Conformity. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the correct legal classification of the vehicle (EAPC, moped, or motorcycle) under The Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles Regulations 1983, the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986, and the Road Traffic Act 1988.
No Road Registration Provided. The vehicle is sold without DVLA registration. If the buyer intends to use the vehicle on public roads, the buyer must contact the DVLA (gov.uk/vehicle-registration, 0300 790 6802) to register it.
Seller Limitation of Liability. ATHLEX Electric Performance accepts zero liability for any fines, penalties, accidents, injuries, prosecution, seizure, or any other consequences arising from the buyer's use of the vehicle. Liability is limited solely to the sale transaction.
Off-Road Use. The buyer confirms that they have lawful permission from the relevant landowner to use the vehicle on private land.
Helmet & Safety. The seller strongly recommends wearing appropriate safety equipment at all times when operating the vehicle.

    ⚠ If you intend to ride on public roads you may need: DVLA registration, a valid driving licence (Category AM minimum), motor insurance (Road Traffic Act 1988 s.143 — unlimited fine / 6–8 points if uninsured), road tax (VED), and an MOT (vehicles over 3 years). Failure to comply is a criminal offence.
